  1. So are we supposed to change one thing that we do every day? Or change one thing every day that we do? I need to start with one thing and work at it until I conquer that. Life seems very overwhelming right not.

    • I don’t think you have to change one thing every day..but just look at your days and identify one thing, one habit that needs to be dumped. For me it was getting on my computer in the morning surfing the web..took waay too much time away from what are my most productive hours.


    • The minute I open my laptop in the morning it’s as if I’m falling into a black hole..I lose track of time, I’m all wrapped up reading stupid stuff..when I finally climb out, hours have slipped away. I still go online, just not first thing in the morning..instead I take a shower immediately after i get up (before coffee)– These two, simple changes have been “game changers” for me.


  2. I can’t do a lot right when I wake up, so I have my coffee and put heat on my back and “wake up” with the computer, but I do have a reminder on my phone at 10 a.m. to pray so I am getting better at getting off and getting something else done.
    Sounds like you are on the right track. There will be time when we’re older and not able to get around that we can spend more on the computer (or maybe reading!) 🙂
