Swallowing pills is becoming a major chore..it’s all in my head I’m sure; but I simply hate it. So every time I stumble upon an easier way to get my vitamins and/or minerals.. I just have to celebrate.
The Bluebonnet Calcium, Magnesium, D3 formula is a bit thick, but the flavor is fine and they have three options to choose from. I need the calcium for obvious reasons, the magnesium for nighttime aches and the D3 to go with the calcium. The Barlean’s fish oil is important because I don’t eat fish- I also grew up getting a tablespoon of cod liver oil every day and NEVER was seriously ill as a kid- so I believe in it.. (then again, it was so disgusting, maybe that’s why I don’t like fish…hmm.) Regardless, the mango-peach flavoring is DELICIOUS and there is absolutely no aftertaste. Both of these liquids (no, they are not cheap) are available at Whole Foods.
I hope to continue to find liquid replacements for the remaining vitamin pills I take.
