Another church pot-luck favorite!
- 1 large bag frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 1/4 lb butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 4 TBSP melted butter
Thaw bag of potatoes
Mix with next 6 ingredients
Pour into 9 X 13 baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with PAM
Sprinkle crushed corn flakes on top
Drizzle 4 TBSP melted butter over corn flakes
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until golden.
