Planning a triple- birthday Luau!

This is a fabulous “Island tasting” marinade that I am using for my chicken kabobs on Saturday. Made with Soy sauce, pineapple juice concentrate, garlic, onion, vinegar and loads of toasted sesame seeds, this lovely, thick sauce ( and a few drinks 🍹) will have everyone dancing the hula! 🌺 I will be serving the kabobs with fruit, rice, and plenty of side dishes…  I have a few intriguing looking recipes torn from my magazines that I  cannot wait to try. (Oh, the three birthdays are my daughter, me and my mom!)

And what do you get a woman (my mother) who has everything and is turning 84? Well, you get her the Marilyn Monroe signature chaise lounge style float for the pool..that’s what! 👍
