Belly Fat

Visceral fat forms between your organs and can lead to chronic inflammation which in turn puts you at a higher risk for heart disease, diabetes and even cancer. There are many ways to fight belly fat, but this one is relatively simple…When people are low in calcium they produce a hormone that tells the body to store more visceral fat. Just six ounces of low fat Greek yoghurt contains almost 20% of the calcium needed each day and is a great way to help keep those levels from dipping too low. One yoghurt certainly won’t make belly fat disappear, but it can be part of an over-all wellness plan!
