Not only is it delicious, but scientists around the world keep adding to its list of health benefits. Cramps, bloating, stuffy nose, allergies, anti-inflammatory..you name it. Just remember, if it’s smothered in meat sauce, you don’t get bonus points! But get liberal with it on your veggies and in salads..it tastes so good and is good for you!
