Canned Salmon

When my daughter took a bite of canned salmon for the first time, she was surprised that it contained tiny bones. (Not all brands do) She ran to the phone to discuss this with her grandma only to come back and find that our two cats had jumped on the counter and eaten most of it anyway!  Canned wild Alaskan Salmon (pink or sockeye) is not only healthy and lower in mercury, but it contains 5 times more omega-3s than tuna! Don’t feel you must spend more money on fresh either..canned is still very healthy for you.
